Deconstructed Sushi Salad

Ingredients: ⁠

  • Cooked sushi rice

  • Nori sheets

  • Smoked or fresh salmon

  • Avocado, sliced

  • Cucumber, sliced

  • Carrot, grated or finely sliced

  • Sesame seeds

  • Crispy shallots

  • Kewpie mayonnaise

Method:

  1. Cook sushi rice and let it cool slightly.

  2. Slice smoked or fresh salmon, avocado, and cucumber.

  3. Grate or slice carrots.

  4. Cut nori sheets into strips.

  5. Assemble Salad:

  6. Layer sushi rice, salmon, avocado, cucumber, carrot, and nori strips in a bowl.

  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and crispy shallots.

  8. Drizzle with Kewpie mayonnaise.
