Deconstructed Sushi Salad
Ingredients:
Cooked sushi rice
Nori sheets
Smoked or fresh salmon
Avocado, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Carrot, grated or finely sliced
Sesame seeds
Crispy shallots
Kewpie mayonnaise
Method:
Cook sushi rice and let it cool slightly.
Slice smoked or fresh salmon, avocado, and cucumber.
Grate or slice carrots.
Cut nori sheets into strips.
Assemble Salad:
Layer sushi rice, salmon, avocado, cucumber, carrot, and nori strips in a bowl.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and crispy shallots.
Drizzle with Kewpie mayonnaise.
