At inLIFE Wellness, we’re usually performing pikes on a reformer but as our Pilates business continues to grow we're excited to extend our ethos into your kitchen with our very first cookbook, The Balanced Table. Created by Sarah Kiryshin, a passionate self-taught cook, and Mandy Humphreys, a seasoned nutritionist, this collection is designed to inspire you and spark creativity in your cooking.

Each recipe encourages you to play with ingredients, adapting to what's in your pantry or to your personal preferences.

I advocate for real, wholesome food that fuels both body and soul, enhancing mental health and brain function. I hope to inspire you to create nourishing meals and explore how good food makes you feel physically and mentally. Despite my focus on healthy eating, I believe in balance—enjoying a good glass of red wine and focaccia is also part of a fulfilling life!
