Ingredients:
1kg chicken mince
2 grated zucchinis
2 eggs
1 cup of our breadcrumbs
1 clove of garlic or teaspoon of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of dried herbs (we used dill)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Grate the zucchini into a bowl, add some salt, mix and leave to sit for 5 minutes. Then squeeze the zucchini to extract excess moisture (this helps prevent the patties from going soggy).
2. Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and give it a good mix! Feel free to get your hands dirty.
3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and spoon the chicken mixture. Gently press it down to form a patty.
4. Cook each side for a few minutes until golden brown. Drain on some paper towel.
