$29 INTRODUCTORY OFFER (‘INTRODUCTORY OFFER’)

Terms and Conditions The $29 Introductory Offer is made to you by inLIFEWellness (as defined below). This Introductory Offer entitles you to receive the following: One Class per day, 1 x 1-on-1 Personal Training Session, for a maximum of 1 weeks. The 1 week period (the “Period”) begins from your signup date, unless otherwise agreed by a representative of inLIFEWellness. At the conclusion of the Period, your access to inLIFEWellness will be suspended. You can purchase class packs or if you would like to join as a member, please speak with one of our team members, email us at hello@inlifewellness.com.au.

ONE CLASS PER DAY

You are entitled to attend one class per day at inLIFEWellness during the Period. Classes must be booked online in advance and attendance is subject to availability.

PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

You are entitled to 1 x 1-on-1 Personal Training Session during the 1 weeks, to a total of 1 Personal Training Session over the Period. We look forward to seeing you in the Studio.

PAYMENT

Payment of AUD$29.00 is required to secure your Introductory Offer. Payment is to be made online via Visa or Mastercard. To discuss alternative payment options, please contact hello@inlifewellness.com.au.

ACCEPTANCE

By submitting your payment details, you accept the $29 1 week Trial Offer Terms and Conditions and consent to us using your payment and contact details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

TERMINATION

If you decide that you do not want to become a member of inLIFE Wellness upon the lapse of the Period, you have to advise us in writing before the end of the Period. You will be contacted prior to the end of the Period to discuss ongoing membership.

PRIVACY POLICY

inLIFEWellness respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information. Any information we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. Please review our Privacy Policy.

PRICING POLICY

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 23/06/2016. All transactions are processed in AUD.

REFUND POLICY

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds will be only be given where required in accordance with Australian law. Refunds will not be provided within four weeks of the retreat. However, a full refund may be issued if the participant can arrange for their spot to be filled by another attendee.

inLIFE Wellness – Spring Promo Offer Terms & Conditions

 SPRING PROMO OFFER (“OFFER”)

• The Spring Promo Offer is made available to you by inLIFE Wellness (as defined below). This Offer entitles new members to receive:

• The first 2 weeks of membership free, and

• 1 x 10 Class Pack free of charge, valid while the membership remains active.

• The Offer is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or amended at the discretion of inLIFE Wellness.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

• To access the Offer, you must sign up for an ongoing, full-price membership at inLIFE Wellness.

• Your first membership payment will be scheduled to occur 2 weeks after your signup date, unless a different start date is agreed with your studio.

• Membership continues on an ongoing basis unless cancelled in accordance with your studio’s membership agreement.

FREE CLASS PACK

• The 10 Class Pack will be applied to your account once your membership is active.

• The Class Pack is valid only while your membership remains active. The Class Pack cannot be used while your membership is suspended or paused

• If your membership is cancelled or terminated, any unused classes in the Class Pack will be forfeited.

• The Class Pack may be gifted to a friend instead of personal use. If gifted, the friend must create their own inLIFE account and agree to the studio’s membership policies.

BOOKINGS

• Classes must be booked in advance through the inLIFE Wellness app or website.

• Attendance is subject to availability and studio schedules.

PAYMENT

• No payment is required for the first 2 weeks.

• Ongoing membership fees will be charged automatically from the payment method you provide, beginning after the free 2-week period.

• By providing your payment details, you consent to recurring membership payments in accordance with your studio’s membership agreement.

CANCELLATION

• If you do not wish to continue after the free 2 weeks, you must provide written notice of cancellation before the first payment date.

• Standard membership cancellation terms apply once the first payment has been made.

GENERAL

• Offer is available to new members only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, trial, or promotion.

• Offer is valid only at participating inLIFE Wellness studios.

• Each inLIFE Wellness studio is individually owned and operated. Membership agreements, terms, and policies may vary by location. Please check with your studio for details.

PRIVACY POLICY

REFUNDS

• Refunds are not provided if you change your mind or make an incorrect decision. Refunds are only given where required by Australian Consumer Law.
